Refund policy
We have a final sale return policy, meaning once the order has been received by the customer, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item is damaged during shipping, you may contact snailgirlcermaics@gmail.com and accommodations will be made. You may request a refund or that the item be replaced with a new piece. Please reach out immediately if your item is damaged. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit photo documentation of the product and/or packaging that is damaged to snailgirlceramics@gmail.com. We ask that all damaged product be returned to Snail Girl Ceramics so we may file an insurance claim. We will provide a prepaid shipping label. Your item must be in its original packaging upon return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Original shipping is nonrefundable.
Items damaged outside of shipping or due to user error will not be eligible for a refund. Damaged item inquiries must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Returns sent without prior confirmation from Snail Girl Ceramics will not be eligible for refund.
Exchanges
Changes to order can be made prior to shipping. Please contact snailgirlceramics@gmail.com immediately if you need to change your order. Exchanges once the item has been delivered will not be accepted. Please contact snailgirlceramics@gmail.com if you received a different item than the one you ordered.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you choose to be sent a new item, we will contact you with updates on your order.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at snailgirlceramics@gmail.com.
